"Billing dept sucks. I paid a bill in July 2022, and provided a Proof of Payment (1-day electronic payment) in August. But I kept getting the same bill every month for 6+ months. Had to call them every month to explain the same, but they didn't do anything. Couldn't talk to a supervisor either. They said a supervisor would call me back. Who knows whether it would happen."
