"The business seemed to be acceptable a few years ago, but then therapists and staff began leaving or were made redundant. Now, the Pickerington office is closed, the replacement telehealth appointments are hard to schedule, and the cyber links often don't work. I have been rescheduled numerous times through no fault of my own. No explanations are ever given and no apologies offered. I am worried ..."
