"I cannot say enough good about Marcy! I love her and am so grateful to have such a caring, educated and tireless advocate for my health. I moved to Idaho nearly 7 years ago and haven't found anyone comparable even within specialists. So I still happily come to Utah for my appointments. Her staff is always equally as wonderful! Those who EXPECT every doctor to act and be the same will always be unhappy. Marcy is NOT a one size fits all type of doctor. They insisted that I book another office visit for a prescription refill. It’s all about the money apparently, never had that done to me by any medical provider before. "Not sure what the other reviewer was going on about, but Marcy is one of the best Drs I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen her for over a decade. She was in fact able to help me with mental health issues when no one else could. Yes Marcy is very busy. You will have to wait a while for your appointment when you get there. Just plan for it, and it’s not an issue. Marcy is worth waiting an hour on ;)"

"Getting an appointment is ridiculous. Waiting there for an hour and a half to see Marcy is just plain rude. Then she furiously types away at her computer, guessing what would help you best.
