"My wife has had surgeries with Dr. Cowan, Dr. Corsetti and then Dr. Jenny Garver. All very successful and great surgeons to work with. The records department on the other hand have been a nightmare. My wife can no longer work because of all the surgeries she's had. She called and was told that she needed to pay 20.00 to give them permission to send paperwork to her long term disability insurance company ..."
