"Visit was fine. Contacting them afterwards was ridiculously difficult. Their "system" is for you to call and leave a message with the person who answers that is "passed on" to "someone on the team". After several days you call again and again receiving no call-back. It appears to me that the administrator "managing" this practice is either incompetent or uses this 1950's approach to drive business ..."
