"This was my second time here and I had a 10:00 appointment and was there at 9:45. Sat in the waiting room until ~10:30; then sat in the room until Elizabeth McNichols came in around 10:55. Looked at the reason I was there, said they will do a biopsy and left the room, came back and did the biopsy. Felt like she was rushing me out after I waited an hour for her.
