I specifically asked the receptionist if I would get a reminder text/call/ email of my appointment because they called while I was driving (can't write it down). "If I could leave, no stars I would. I’ve had four virtual appointments that they missed. I ended up sitting by the phone waiting and I got excuse after excuse. The phone systems were down, They ran late... etc etc. They have no respect for patients time. Find a different Doctors office."
