"You can have an urgent issue, doesn't matter, they send you to "urgent care", what's the point of "having a doctor". Northwestern needs a clue."

"Love all the doctors and nurses. My daughters never mind going, they feel comfortable and it’s thanks to the awesome staff. I’ve never had a problem getting calls back or making appointments. I get responses from Mychart right away. They even do followup calls frequent. I Definitely recommend this physicians office. I’ve been with them for 20 plus years. "
