"In late February my hearing aid for my right ear lost contact with left and was inoperable. On Feb 26 at 12:15 I called the Hearing clinic’s main number, and a polite lady answered my call plus listened to my issue. She forwarded my call to a technician who would call me. Mark Marceo the Technician called me at 1:09!!! He and I determined he would need to see the aid. I elected to ship it to him ..."
