"I've been going to Dr. Neville for 18yrs.Always were nice and helful,until I had a nightguard made..I pd 420.00 for a flat pc of plastic a kindergartner could make! It did not fit, front stuck out. Very uncomfortable, could not wear. It was made using a computer instead of a mould. He refused to refund me..I guess his 3 businesses couldn't cover it! So I stood up and put it on the counter and said: ..."
