"If I could give this office zero stars it would still be too generous. The assistant by the name of Derrick can't even read an insurance coverage card accurately. Derrek became argumentative. I was already an established patient so I don't understand why this is happening. So when Derrick made inappropriate comments about my coverage. Derrick refused to listen to reasoning and so I got turned away ..."
