"My husband has a TBI, chronic PTSD and high risk for seizures because of his injuries. The office staff put us through a whole run around about filling my husbands RX for ant seizure medication. Confirming twice they sent the RX but the pharmacy never received it. Then changed their story and said they couldn’t fill it.
