"Dr's are fine, the staff is pleasant, but the policy of rescheduling you if you are a few minutes late is disgusting! They can be an HOUR BEHIND at 10 AM, (HOW can you be open2 hours and ALREADY be that far behind?) and make you wait, but if YOU are late its a violation of the highest order! "This office is a nightmare! I have been trying for a month to get a prior authorization submitted for insurance for migraine meds! I saw two different doctors both told me no problem we will get it submitted and it never gets done! And getting ahold of anyone is impossible voice messages are full so you can’t leave a message. "DO NOT get your MRIs here if you ever want to see the results! I had three MRIs of the brain and spine. After multiple requests to the "records" department for the results, I left a message (you never get to talk to a person!) for Dr. Rabin's assistant. "I was encouraged to seek a second opinion & I learned that the Doctors at this facility do NOT look at the MRI or EEG but rely on a report they get from a doctor that reads tests. I have been suffering with seizures for a year without getting answers. I have learned from my new neurologist, who looks at MRI’s as well as gets results from the doctor who evaluates the tests.
