"DO NOT get your MRIs here if you ever want to see the results! I had three MRIs of the brain and spine. After multiple requests to the "records" department for the results, I left a message (you never get to talk to a person!) for Dr. Rabin's assistant. She left me a VM stating it is "office policy" not to give patients the results of MRIs. WHAT!!! That is ridiculous. My insurance paid for those ..."

"Beware Medicare Patients. This review does not reflect on the excellent medical care I have been given by Dr. DeLima and the medical staff. They are top notch. The problem is the business practices. When a practice indicates they accept Medicare, one would assume they bill Medicare Part B for ALL fees and honor their agreement with Medicare to accept the negotiated fees. Not this practice. "I was encouraged to seek a second opinion & I learned that the Doctors at this facility do NOT look at the MRI or EEG but rely on a report they get from a doctor that reads tests. I have been suffering with seizures for a year without getting answers. I have learned from my new neurologist, who looks at MRI’s as well as gets results from the doctor who evaluates the tests.
