"This office is a nightmare! I have been trying for a month to get a prior authorization submitted for insurance for migraine meds! I saw two different doctors both told me no problem we will get it submitted and it never gets done! And getting ahold of anyone is impossible voice messages are full so you can’t leave a message. "DO NOT get your MRIs here if you ever want to see the results! I had three MRIs of the brain and spine. After multiple requests to the "records" department for the results, I left a message (you never get to talk to a person!) for Dr. Rabin's assistant. She left me a VM stating it is "office policy" not to give patients the results of MRIs. WHAT!!! That is ridiculous. My insurance paid for those ..."
