"I was a patient of Dr Isa for over 15 years and loved every encounter with him. He is a very caring and thoughtful physician. So much so I fly in to see him. His office staff leaves a lot to be desired, and I encountered many over the years. I recently had a visit with a very bad migraine with new frightening symptoms. "VETERANS..be aware that if they are trying to bill you for a no call/ no show fifty bucks it's against the contract they signed with the VA. Notify community care and VA hotline. I did call and still got billed in the mail fifty dollars. Also feel free to contact attorney if it's on your credit reports and sure then. The contact this practice signed with the Department of Veteran Affairs prevents ..."

"Had the same unfortunate experience. Waited weeks for the office to confirm my insurance covered their proposed treatment and for it to be ordered then delivered. Not only did the treatment fail, my insurance did not cover it and I was billed a thousand dollars for a single shot that my insurance company told me would have only been $60 if done by in-network provider. Was turned away upon arrival ..."

"Staff insisted on medical insurance information for an accident being paid by auto insurance. I refused to give it to prevent incorrect billing and was told I couldn't see doctor. Gave them info to get appointment and told them to make sure to bill correct and they still billed incorrect. Part of service billed correct, part not. THEY SETTLED WITH LAWYER and then kept trying to bill me for their mistake. ..."
