"Big problems getting appointment set up and verified. They had my birth year wrong, so they said I did not have an appointment when indeed I did. Was told prior to this that they had to have my scan results to make an appointment, and yet they ended up giving me an appointment before I provided them. But Dr. Sahni is excellent, so just protect yourself and document everything!"

"My first Yelp review. Is there a "no star" option? Appalling customer service. Completely dropped the ball several times. Doctors are only as good as their office staff. Unable to get tested for what is causing my neuropathy. Tests were ordered by Dr. Bekenstein last Dec. I feel sorry for the patients. Office staff cannot take a thorough, detailed phone message. "I waited over thirty minutes to try to make an appointment as a new patient. I finally got someone and she told me my doctor had to send the "papers" before they could make an appointment and be sure he included the demographics. So I called my doctor's office and they figured the "papers" were a refferal and they would send it again. They had already sent them yesterday."

"I've had the exact same experience as the other reviewers.. called and called and called trying to make an appointment, was on hold for a half hour, still to have no one ever actually answer the phone. Absolutely terrible service. I don't understand how they maintain a practice. Will look elsewhere for medical care."

"I called to request a new patient appt. and they told me my Dr. has to send a referral first before it can be made so my Dr. said it was sent I have called numerous times and no one answers the phone after twenty minutes on hold. There is three different phone numbers listed online I tried them all. This is ridiculous I have wasted my time with them when I need to see a doctor."
