"They don't care about an emergency patient!! One of their doctor who prescript me Topiramate 100 mg, and I got side effect. I wanted to see a doctor and tried to make an emergency appoint., but they don't take any an emergency patient ... So... I had to leave a massage, but they never called me back !!!!!"

"Over 25 years Ive been going to Neurocare, for botox injections, for a severe crippling condition.. The Neurologist are great. However thr billing department and employees who get approvals, for botox and dealings with insurance companies, for approvals . They are absolutely horrible, negligent, rude, and they dont do their jobs, or return phone messages. My appointments have been canceled many , ..."
