"Lori the manager is so rude doesn't know how to speak in a professional matter. She doesn't know how to look up appointments and she workes there. I made an appointment in the middle of March they are so an organized neither the Lori or Crystal could find it when I have the recording of the appointments. Instead of Lori fixing the problem she hang up on me. No wonder they have so many horrible reviews. ..."
