"I went there today to see Dr. Gladish and was told to see the nurse practitioner first. After that the doctor come with the nurse practitioner my wife asks if she need to be there. The doctor got a bad attitude with my wife, and we were told she have to been there and going be see here from now on or go find a new doctor. I pay to see a doctor not a nurse practitioner. I will not be back."
