"When I made a appointment by phone, I was told it will be with the new D.D.S. I decline, I am pacient of D.D.S. Nemcek for many years and this was not visit for only routine check up. I was told I will have to wait two more weeks for appointment to see D.D.S. Nemcek. I said I wait . When doctor was call in the room, it was not D.D.S. Nemcek. I did not want to make him uncomfortable and I let him ..."

Jarmila, I'm very sorry about your experience, we always try and abide by our patient's wishes. There are times when the doctors are taking care of another patient, and it is difficult for them to get away to do an exam for the hygienist, (causing you to potentially have a longer wait than usual) in those times, we do ask the other doctor to step in, and do the exam. With that said we would ALWAYS honor your wishes for your treatment be done with your preferred Dr. We will most definitely make sure we "flag" your chart that you wish to see by ONLY Dr. Nemcek.
