"I never get the help I need here. This terrible Once again I have a chronic cough, my sinus is really flared I’m given an appointment for Covid test for next Friday If that makes sense to anybody. I notified I had everything I can use for relief but hasn’t gone away. All I asked for was an antibiotic. What’s worse I work for Kaleida and this is the treatment I get. Meanwhile my cough is ..."

"Doctors office that never answers the phone. If I didn’t have to be a patient here to see my mental health counselor I would switch in a heartbeat. This office is very unprofessional and the lady I spoke to last week sounded very unintelligent and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. "

"No one answers the phone, and when they eventually get around to it, they put you on hold 4 time, or they tell you someone will call you back, and then they don't. I called, trying to get an appointment after already submitting a request on the portal, and when I finally got ahold of someone they had no record of my request, then they said that someone would call me back. They did call me back but ..."

"I complained about this place and staff to my insurance so many times , when asked the lady if I can reschedule my appointment she immediately responded that they will be able to see me next year without looking at the computer checking if there is any availability or even offering me to see a different physician if possible. Very unprofessional and ignorant. They don’t call back when they get called ..."
