"after numerous visits last year about suspicious areas, I went to another office (another state) where the PA did a biopsy and found skin cancer. I had to have Mohs surgery right away! The PA at Natural Image missed it"

"Horrible! When you call you get voice mail, and no one calls you back. The last three visits I had, I had to drive to their office and make the appointments in person. I tried to call to get a refill on a prescription last week and placed 2 calls in. Guess what, no call back. So, I went down there and asked for a refill to be sent to a particular pharmacy. "You need to fix Phone Service You're Phone system is horrible. You will lose Patients if not fixed. I'm sure you have already!!!! You can't even get though - I called last Monday. I left several messages with Claira LOL what a JOKE!!! no call backs - If I didn't have an existing appointment I would have gone back to my old Dr. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!"
