"I called to see if my insurance would cover my visit...the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Not only her tone of voice made me feel like I was bothering her, but she also immediately said to look at the back of my insurance card! The people in the front of the office, play a huge role, and should be warm and accommodating. Thanks, but no thanks!!!"
