"Just completed a 'exam' by Dr. Mosuro in Cumberland, Md.. This guy is super lazy. He never looked at my MRI imaging - none of it, didn't listen to a word I said and had the most bloodshot eyes I've seen in 30 years. Looked like he had been drinking all night. He wanted to inject something into my neck but having never looked at any of the imaging or my VA provided medical records, how could he make ..."
