"I was discharged for filing a complaint, I spoke to my provider James Anderson Day1 with 18 years of experience as a patient in different areas of CO needing treatment for my ongoing PTSD, Finding National Mental Health LLC and explaining in my First Patient Appointment, I have Horrible reactions to antipsycotics, He suggests them multiple times, gaslighting me.
