"I wish I could give you negative stars. I can’t get over the way you’re trying to treat me. I’ve already been waiting for this appointment for 6 months. If you have to cancel, then cancel someone who has only been waiting for a few months. It’s 100% unacceptable that you’re trying to cancel me again. Then your rude, rude receptionist wants to argue with me? I can’t get over the incompetency. ..."
