"It's very uncomfortable for a tall parent to sit back there, with people going back and forth. Preferred the gentler touch of the 2nd hygienist, 1st one was rougher with the scraping (my child said 1st one seemed more tired. It was a 4pm appt). All staff was very friendly and pleasant. A shy child may not want to converse as much. Dr Stanislawski is great with the kids."

"I had previously taken my daughter to a dentist last year, and the staff was rude and super unfriendly to my kid. Needless to say, they couldn't get X-rays done and we left with my kid in tears. BUT the staff at My Kid's Hometown Dentist was friendly and courteous to my kid. "We've been long-time patients of Dr. Singer's so this is only our second visit with Dr. Bobby. Our visit was for a cleaning and exam. Everyone is always friendly and professional. This time, during the cleaning my daughter was poked with one of the instruments. It's not a big thing but has never happened before and it actually broke the skin. "Dr Bobby is great! He is respectful,polite, fun, sweet, and caring. He was very thorough and explained everything to me in a very easy to follow way. My girls who are very shy and 2 and 3 warmed up to him within minutes. He explained everything to them and gained there trust very quickly. It was amazing. Everyone in the office was very friendly and patient. Even on the phone they are just great."
