"Terrible service, I was fitted for a partial in December 2024 it is now August 2025 and still not received. Lori the office manager does NOT return phone calls! I now have to take them to small claims court to get reimbursed for goods and services not received - BEWARE the terrible customer service and lack of professionalism can happen to you"

"Do not go to this business unless you don't mind having long waiting times for your appointments. Both in the office and for your next appointment. My husband's last appointment took over 2 1/2 hours. Most of that time was spent waiting. He has cavities and his next appointment was set for 6 months later. We will be looking for another dentist."

"Dr Massad’s office makes me feel like family. Very professional but also down to earth and friendly. I often refer people I know bc they will be taken care of and treated with care.
