"Need major improvement returning calls & not leaving patients in limbo. Husband and I after years as patients have moved on from both his provider and mine. He went w/o his BIPAP machine for 7 days (broken) despite our efforts as well as Shared Care DME’s attempts. It took a visit to the ER for an order to be written. Unacceptable& shameful."

I have had to schedule going on my fourth appointment.very frustrating.they have called me every time about a week before my appointment to reschedule.always with the Dr.is no longer working on this day.to we have had to make some changes in the schedule! If the Dr.has room for new patients then how can I be canceled so many times? "
