"Agree with the first review. RARELY do they answer the phone. You have to leave a message and then begins the multiple "tag game" if you're at work. Knowing I needed to see or hear from the Dr. because of a medical situation, they offered me an appointment in 2 months. Moving on."

"Customer sevice completely blows. They cannot return phone calls in 24 hours no matter how many messages you receive. We had an appointment for biopsy on 20th, follow-up 27th. They called to reschedule for 4th w/follow-up on 11th. Then they called for original dates. We go in for biopsy on 20th. They did not have follow-up until 11th! So we wait for an extra 2 weeks to find out if there ..."
