"“Dr. Hlavac” is the most inexperienced and careless provider that I ever had in my life. She’s constantly in a rush and a terrible listener. She’s bad mannered and hasn’t greeted me with respect by simply saying, “hi, how are you doing today” or “goodbye have a good day at the end of the appointment”.
