"Horrible experience. My PCP scheduled me a CT Calcium scan. It took two months to finally get the appointment. I was advised there were no available appointments in Virginia Beach, that I’d have to go to the S. Chesapeake (half hour away) office. I needed to take the morning off from work since my day begins at 6a and ends at 5p. I was informed that I could not exercise, eat, or have any caffeine; ..."

"I was referred for an MRI. MRI&CT Diagnostics contacted my insurance and notified me that I would be responsible for $670. On the date of service, I paid as they said. Just now, I received an explanation of benefits, I was only responsible for $134. They over charged me by over $500. I called, because they should just be able to issue a refund. Their "third party billing service" said it would take ..."
