"I have insurance claims showing that I owed $129 which was paid 7 months later I got a bill for $404! Reaching out to Mountain West is a waste of time, calls go unanswered, I have tried emailing their 3rd party billing service, and to date, I still have no reply."

"Wish I could leave a "0" rating. I have a statement from 2023 for services performed in 2021 that shows I OVER paid by $43. Now I'm getting a statement saying I owe $161??? I've called the number on the website and I get a recording that says the number is no longer in service."

"We received a bill for 48.00 from a service in 2020. We did not understand why since we thought it was paid in full in 2020. We call and It keeps circling back and then hangs up. I have tried several times and get the same result. Tried calling the office directly and the number is disconnected."

"I have been on a payment plan. I thought that I had paid my final bill last month, only to receive another statement wanting another payment. I tried calling, but I was hung up on twice. I did not raise my voice, I was not rude in any way, I just simply asked if they could explain why I had received another bill. They kept hanging up on me. I would like to speak to someone from this company ..."
