""Horrible administration! I called to update my insurance and schedule a new appointment, and the lady at the front desk said she could not do so until she saw an actual cancellation of my current insurance. I requested her to schedule me out a couple of weeks until I got that, and she said 'no.' So, I obtained the cancellation and called back the next day, but they said they could not schedule me ..."
