"I’m in constant pain, unable to sleep for weeks, unable to work, have significant loss of feeling/function in one leg and my groin, but Mountain Valley refuses to prescribe anything for pain or proceed with surgery despite surgery being the advised, agreed upon course of treatment from both a doctor at another practice and several of the medical personnel at Mountain Valley.
