"Dr. Srock actually tries, but the support staff makes this a practice that would HIGHLY suggest avoiding. ESPECIALLY the front end staff! You'd think that with Victoria being the first and last points of contact for patients, she'd have more bedside manner and be more pleasant. I've only remained a patient because I like the DOCTOR, but after today, even that's not enough. Constant insurance issues ..."
