"Difficult to find and unhelpful staff when trying to set up an appointment. The parking situation is horrible and the building hard to find yet the staff does not try to give proper feedback ??. Scheduling and front desk need training. I had to find another doctor in another location for the negligence in assisting me. Shame on you. I will follow up with Dr. Bruce E. SANDS, Chief"
