"My physician Dr Bushman retired a year ago. This practice never bothered to reach out to it's patients via mail. In that year, I have contacted MLIM several times because of constant problems getting prescription refills. Yet no one even bothered to tell me until 2 weeks ago. At this practice I was told "you're not our patient if you haven't been here in a year" So much for medical records. Oh you ..."
