"Arrived at 8:50 for a 9:10 AM directed arrival time. The procedure was to take 30 min. I made it clear that I have to leave by 10 AM for work. After waiting until 9:35 AM, I told the front desk that I would have to leave if I wasn't able to get in soon. The girls at the front desk had an unnecessary attitude, telling me my "my health is important". I did everything I was supposed to do - I checked ..."
