"The nurse and doctor was very nice and patient with my 2yr old. They let me stay right by his side so I could have talk him through with getting his teeth cleaned. He wanted to cry and kick but I was right there to calm him down so they could do what was needed. They are so always so nice and friendly when we go there."

"Fantastic with Covid precautions. You fill out survey about symptoms before , call when you arrive & assistant comes to get you in hallway. They ask you more questions before going in, take temp, and give hand sanitizer. It’s super clean and they are taking a ton of precautions. Everyone made me and my son comfortable in the office."

"I am always happy with Mooresville Pediatric Dentistry, but I wish I would have been informed that siblings could not go back, even if they are masked. I knew only one parent, but no one ever said I could bring my other child. My daughter was nervous to go by herself but in the end she did well."

"They are awful! They don’t communicate. We waited out in the hallway for 45 min for the lady to come out and say they won’t see my son for an EMERGENCY appointment because I have my other son with me. We also don’t have mask and they wouldn’t provide them so they DENIED EMERGENCY services. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I was not please with the visit yesterday. I was not able to go in with my daughters yesterday because I had my toddler with me although he had on a mask, I was told we could not come in. The issues I had was that my daughters were not able to be seen because they went to the beach approximately a month ago (3 days shy of a month). "It was our first time with MPD. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. My 5yo son was visibly nervous from previous dental visits (elsewhere). And they noticed, and acted accordingly. They didn’t pressure him or rush him. Everyone had friendly, patient voices and he noticed. He skipped to our car with a smile. I’m so glad we chose them!"
