"Doctors are awesome, but administration is uncaring. After having a kidney stone 3 years ago, the hospital performed a CT scan and told me I had another stone. 3 years later I had a flare up but subsided. I asked my doctor to send a referral to get a CT scan to confirm everything 1month after getting my physical and they refused to do so without seeing me first.
