"My brother who is both mentally and physically challenged showed up at this facility today for his dental appointment. He doesn't drive because of his conditions. He takes the Bucks County Transportation bus. He arrived 10 minutes early. He was informed upon arrival they were doing renovations and would not be able to be seen and to call in July to reschedule. Unfortunately because of his limitations ..."
