"I was scheduled for 8am and expected to be there 20 minutes prior to appointment. When I reached there, it was closed. The sign says open at 830am so WHY WOULD YOU SCHEDULE ME For 8AM AND SAY TO BE THERe 20 MINUTES EARLIER. unacceptable. It is FREEZING. I was there at 730am. I'm very punctual. The office should not schedule patients at a time that the clinic is still closed"
