"Signed up for medication treatment and given a price "per month" for the two meds I wanted. Received one, but after asking for the second multiple times over weeks, never got it. A couple weeks into starting the treatment I had to stop the one med because I developed a heart problem and had to diagnose the cause (which possibly could have been from the med).
