"I have been calling, calling, and calling. I need to schedule an appointment and get my results. When I call the number, it's a voice prompt. You would think one would be able to dial by extension, but you can't. Poor management. "

"Horribly inefficient and inept. It takes numerous phone calls from multiple different people just to get bloodwork scheduled and reviewed. Appointments are made and not kept and then they show up unannounced. It must be some kind of Medicare billing scheme to need 8 phone calls to get a simple raised toilet seat because no company could be this ineffective and stay in business. Horrible company. ..."
