"Usually very difficult to get an appointment, always at least 2 weeks to get an appointment with Dr Cross, who is also terrible at responding to portal messages from patients, and an ever changing carousel of support staff who have little to no familiarity with the patients. Dr Cross and the clinic discriminate against homeless patients and refuses to allow patients to speak with a medical center ..."
