"I was a patient here going on 30 yrs. with great service. He retired and I was turned over to Dr. Mark Runnels and things went to hell. I was put in isolation for over an hour in a small room with no contact with anyone, I got tired of waiting and went to leave, they decided to see me then. "Less than one star. I had seen Dr. Ross in the past and had great results and service, but he has retired since I last saw him. Now the clinic is terrible.
