"A family member saw them for a hydocele. The surgery appeared to go as planned although he was give virtually no information about post surgical pain management. Unfortunately, the hydroelectric returned shortly after surgery. Their response was to try some antibiotics, which didn’t do anything, and then say “we don’t know why it reoccurred. You could try a second surgery if it gets too bothersome.” ..."
