"Had eye surgery. My last visit there I mentioned about a cyst that had formed where the stitches were. Doctor said if it doesn't go away come back in a month and I will remove it. I asked him if it was going to cost me anything. He said "No, I'm not going to nickle and dime you to death." Came back, had it removed. It took him approx, 3 minutes from the time he entered the room til the time he finished. ..."
