"When I have needed a prescription change (just a pharmacy change, not the medication) there was absolutely no way to get through, even indirectly to the dr. Zero. Two weeks worth of calls, and being out of my medication for that long has compromised both my wellness and functionality. THAT is "patient abandonment"!!!
