"I've been with three Millennium doctors before Millennium existed. No problem with using BC/BS. Now Millennium has thrown me and hundreds of others to the wolves by not accepting BC/BS anymore. "I have been trying for 3 days to get a refill of a medication that I have taken before. Even after a Dr. appointment and several phone calls and email messages thru their Patient Portal the RX was not called in. Plus their new phone system is terrible and does not allow you do make any direct contact with anyone in their offices! You can only leave a message and then only after 20 questions! Very ..."
